No Show/Late Cancellation Policy

Not reaching out, showing up, or canceling with 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be considered a No Call/No Show or Cancellation.

New Client Color Booking Policy

New Color Clients who book online will now be subject to an over-the-phone 50% deposit of the total base price of service(s) booked. This will go towards the final service ticket amount after the scheduled appointment is completed. The deposit is Non-Refundable and will NOT be refunded in the case of No Show/Late Cancellation.

Latecomer Policy

Accepts guest who come in up to 10-15 minutes late of their scheduled appointment time.

Refund Policy

Refunds will NOT be provided after services are completed. Please reach out within 10 days after appointment if your unsatisfied with your results or have any questions or concerns. Your stylist can find time to help, fix, or adjust anything if needed.
50% deposits for certain services are also non-refundable.

Pricing Policy

All prices listed on websites and social media are base prices. These prices are subject to change based on appointment length, extra products used, and hair length/texture/density/porosity.

Health & Safety Policy

Health and safety are also a very important priority. If you are feeling ill, of bad health, have a fever, or contagious of sort please reach out and cancel/reschedule your appointment.

Right to Refuse Service Policy

Service provider has the right to refuse service if uncomfortable or any other factors. This helps protect the service providers safety and liability, along with other service providers and guests' safety.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is a very important priority. Your private information that you provide is never sold or shared outside of the salon. Only your service provider, co-workers, and salon owner with traceable logins have access to the program and its information.
