New Client Color Booking Policy
New Color Clients who book online will now be subject to an over-the-phone 50% deposit of the total base price of service(s) booked. This will go towards the final service ticket amount after the scheduled appointment is completed. The deposit is Non-Refundable and will NOT be refunded in the case of No Show/Late Cancellation.
Online bookings for all Color, Balayage, Highlight, Keratin Treatment Services will be subject to an over-the-phone 50% deposit from Kaity after booking services online or after a consult. The 50% deposit is non-refundable in the case of a No Show/Late Cancellation Fee.
The 50% deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE and will be deducted from the final service amount after the scheduled appointment is completed. In case of No Show/Late Cancellation, the 50% deposit is not refunded and cannot be used or credited for a rescheduled or future appointment with Kaity.
At this time, the deposits will be handled over-the-phone and card manually entered and charged using Square. Deposits will be card only. Payments for all services can be made by Cash, Visa, or Mastercard.
Guests who pre-book their appointments will not need to deposit but may be subject to the No Show/Late Cancellation Fee if they do not show up for their appointment or cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of their appointment, if they have saved their card on file previously.
